UNIT 509, BUILDING 5, IBIS CLUB AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4112, PAGE 3199, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on LEAH H. MAYERSOHN, GERNER, MAYERSOHN, MAY PLLC, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 101 NE 3rd Avenue, Suite 1250, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
