Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on October 20, 2011, the undersigned will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, and described as:
Lots 29, 30, 31 and 32, Block B, Myrtle Cove Acres, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 3, Page 38, in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
at pubic sale, to the highest and best bidder, for CASH, in the Atrium on the First Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, in Collier County,, at 11:00 a.m. on the 21st day of November, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
