ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-16 the Plaintiff, and ROSEANN M. SUTLOCIVH, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Collier Florida, described as:
LOT 96, LEAWOOD LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE(S) 62 THROUGH 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the COLLIER County Courthouse, in the atrium on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00AM. on the 21 day of November, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
