Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 19, 2011, and entered in Case No. 07-3117 CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein BANKATLANTIC, Plaintiff, and TIMOTHY J. MCCUE, et al, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 1st floor annex of the Collier County Courthouse located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 22nd day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 104, BUILDING 9, PEBBLE CREEK CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1924, PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
