NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated March 10, 2010, entered in Civil Case No.: 0908862CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, is Plaintiff, and JEROME BRONSON; CAROLYN BRONSON; ANY AND ALL CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
Dwight E. Brock, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the First Floor Atrium, located at 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Annex Bldg, Naples, FL 34112 on the 22 day of November, 2011 at 11:00 am. the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25 BLOCK 218 GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9 PAGE 1 THROUGH 7, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
