Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 2, 2011, entered in Civil Case Number 2010-CA-23812, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein Citibank, N.A., as Trustee for Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-HE2 is the Plaintiff, and SHERRY BRUNSON, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 50, OF CLEARVIEW HEIGHTS FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Y, AT PAGE(S) 55 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 6th day of December, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
