NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 24th day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-007848 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein wells fargo bank, na as trustee for the certificateholders of soundview home loan trust 2007-opt1, asset-backed certificates, series 2007-opt1 is the Plaintiff and randy b key; crown asset management, llc; gulf coast assistance, llc; unknown spouse of randy b key; unknown tenant (s); john doe; jane doe as unknown tenant (s) in possession of the subject property are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 1st day of December, 2011 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
