NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-013041 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and AMAL M. SOTO A/K/A AMAL M. SOTO RIOS; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AMAL M. SOTO A/K/A AMAL M. SOTO RIOS N/K/A AMAL M. SOTO RIOS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 6th day of December, 2011 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK B, AZALEA PARK, SECTION 26, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK V, PAGE 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
