NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 3rd day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-021390 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein bac home loans servicing, l.p. fka countrywide home loans servicing, l.p. is the Plaintiff and sylvia dominguez premchand; tirbhawan premchand; citibank, national association f/k/a citibank federal savings bank; emerald ridge homeowners' association, inc.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 19th day of December, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 32 of emerald ridge, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 54, page(s) 112 through 115, of the public records of orange county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
