NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 25, 2011 and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-023989-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and WINSTON LLOYD, TRUSTEE OF THE PROSPER INTER VIVOS REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MAY 9TH, 2007; ALISON WILLIAMS-LLOYD, TRUSTEE OF THE PROSPER INTER VIVOS REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MAY 9TH, 2007; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARY OF THE PROSPER INTER VIVOS REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MAY 9TH, 2007; WINSTON LLOYD; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR FDIC AS RECEIVER FOR COLONIAL BANK, EFFECTIVE 8/14/09; WATERFALL COVE AT WINTER PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on November 29, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT C208, WATERFALL COVE AT WINTER PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8521, PAGE 1299, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
