NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 26, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-022085-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and westheaven realty, llc. a/k/a westheaven realty, llc., a florida limited liabality company; the registry at michigan park condominium association, inc.; fifth third bank (central florida); are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 5 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
unit 2212, the registry at michigan park, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the declaration of condominium thereof recorded in official records book 7941, page 2400, as amended from time to time, of the public records of orange county, florida as amended in official records book 7957, page 4027, public records of orange county, florida.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
