NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of December, 2009, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-025076-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Orange County's Public Auction website, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 2nd day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 3004, AUDUBON PLACE CITY CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7962, PAGE 3798, AS RE-RECORDED JUNE 13, 2005, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8015, PAGE 787, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ANY AND ALL APPURTENANCES THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
