ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-57CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-57CB is the Plaintiff, and DIANAND SOOKHOO, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 410, OF ROBINSON HILLS, UNIT 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, AT PAGE(S) 77 AND 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 6th day of December, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
