NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 10, 2008 in Civil Case No. 07-CA-8054, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY LOAN TRUST 2006-HE4 is the Plaintiff and, jose r. espinosa; leonela rodriguez; and unknown tenant(S) in possession are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com on November 23, 2011 at 9:00 a.m., the following real described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
Lot 18, Block 46, Unit 5, Section 13, Township 45 South, Range East, Lehigh Acres, According To The Map or Plat Thereof, Recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 99, of The Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
