NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 4, 2008 in Civil Case No. 2007-CA-7503, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY LOAN TRUST 2006-HE2 is the Plaintiff and, JOSEPH ROSS, JR.; MONA ROSS; AND unknown tenant(S) in possession are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on-line at www.lee.realforeclose.com on November 21, 2011 at 9:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
Lot 7, Block 23, Unit 3, Section 21, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, Lehigh Acres, According to The Plat Thereof Recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 39, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
