amber chesley; robert werbalis; timberwood village II condominium association, inc; timberwood village recreation association, inc; nationstar mortgage llc fka centex home equity company, llc; mark murphy, general contractor, llc; gulf coast american BUILDING, inc. aka gulf coast american building, inc. aka gulf coast
american building co.; contractors group, llc; jim holley; AND unknown tenant(S) in possession are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on-line at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on November 21, 2011 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

unit 233, timberwood village ii condominium, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof recorded in official record book 1820, page 673, of the public records of lee county, florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
