NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 22, 2011 in Civil Case No. 08-CA-014441, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, u.s. bank national association, as trustee, for BAFC 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and, GINGER FERNANDEZ; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; VICTOR FERNANDEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VICTOR FERNANDEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GINGER FERNANDEZ;
AND unknown tenant(S) in possession are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on-line at www.lee.realforeclose.com on November 23, 2011 at 9:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Block 46, Unit 4, Section 10, Township 45 South, Range 26 East, Lehigh Acres, According to The Plat Thereof, Recorded in Plat Book 15, Pages 96 Through 98, of The Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
