LOTS 36 AND 37, BLOCK 5667, CAPE CORAL UNIT 85, ACCORDING TO THE MAP THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 53, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
