CHARLES KNIRK A/K/A CHARLIE W. KNIRK, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS AN HEIR TO THE ESTATE OF LYLE D. KNIRK, DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLES KNIRK A/K/A CHARLIE W. KNIRK, IF ANY; LAURA SCHUMAKER AS AN HEIR TO THE ESTATE OF LYLE D. KNIRK, DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LARA SCHUMAKER IF ANY; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOES AS UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION; AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS HEIRS, TRUSTEES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS OR OTHER CLAIMANTS,

Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 25 day of October, 2011, and entered in case No. 11-CC-003729 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CORKSCREW WOODLANDS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and CHARLES KNIRK A/K/A CHARLIE W. KNIRK, SHEILA KNIRK, and LAURA SCHUMAKER are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 28 day of December, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 31, Block G, Corkscrew Woodlands, Phase I, a subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 34, Pages 130 through 139, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
