NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed February 21, 2011 and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed October 18, 2011 and entered in Case No. 08-CA-053680 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff and TIBOR P. KOLLAR, TRUSTEE OF THE MCARTHUR AVENUE LAND TRUST; PETER T. KOLLAR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PETER T. KOLLAR; EDITA KOLLAR; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 a.m. on December 16, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 5, UNIT 2, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 254, PAGE 40 AND PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 58, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
