NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed October 24, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-019784 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein LaSalle Bank NA as Trustee for Washington Mutual Asset-Backed Certificates WMABS Series 2006-HE3 Trust, Plaintiff and Bette L. Devlin are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, November 23, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 35 AND 36, BLOCK 2417, CAPE CORAL UNIT 34, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 74 THROUGH 86, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
