Unit No. 206, Building E, Central Park South One, a condominium according to the Condominium Declaration as recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, in Official Records Book 1687, at Pages 4216 through 4274, together with an undivided interest in the common elements and all appurtenances there unto appertaining and specified in said Condominium Declaration.

At public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on November 28, 2011.
