NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 24, 2010 entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-066014 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Fort Myers, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 16th day of November, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 13 & 14, BLOCK 5768, UNIT 88, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 127 THRU 143, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
