NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 10, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-062267, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and FRED E. MACCIOCCHI, SR. A/K/A FRED E. MACCIOCCHI; ARLENE R. MACCIOCCHI, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 28 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT PARCEL OF LAND IN CITY OF CAPE CORAL, LEE COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 4755, PAGE 4759, ID#144423C3019530180, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 18 & 19, BLOCK 1953, CAPE CORAL UNIT 29, FILED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 24.
LOTS 18 & 19, BLOCK 1953, UNIT 29, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 15 THROUGH 25, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
