NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 21 day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-65478, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH A. FORONDA; LOCHMOOR ON-THE-GREEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; REGIONS BANK F/K/A AMSOUTH BANK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH A. FORONDA; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 5 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 114, BUILDING C, OF LOCHMOOR ON THE GREEN CONDOMINIUM, F/K/A IVERNESS VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1084, PAGE 199 THROUGH 252, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH PARKING SPACE 114 AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1/26TH INTEREST AS TENANT IN COMMON AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS THE SAME AS ESTABLISHED AN IDENTIFIED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND PLANS ON FILE IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
