NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 24 day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-058103, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein deutsche bank national trust company, as trustee for morgan stanley abs capital i inc. trust 2004-he4, mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2004-he4 is the Plaintiff and michael neisser; cape coral holdings, inc.; suncoast schools federal credit union; christine neisser; unknown tenant(S); in POssession of the subject PRoperty are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 23 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 33 and 34, block 4808, unit 71, cape coral subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 22, page 88, public records of lee county, florida.
