NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 30, 2010, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-011978 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK. N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERETIFICATEHOLDERS PARK PLACE SECURITIES, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-WCW2 and Betty Mesidor, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on November 23, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, IN BLOCK 5, UNIT 6, OF LEHIGH ESTATES, LEHIGH ACRES, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLATBOOK 15, AT PAGE 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
