NOTICE TO CREDITORS
The deceased Settlor, WILLIAM H. COBBS, who lived at 6941 Dog Leg Way, Fort Myers, Florida, died on October 10, 2011. There is no probate of the Settlor's estate, and no personal representative has been appointed.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against WILLIAM H. COBBS or the WILLIAM H. COBBS REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST dated June 27, 2003, will be forever banned unless presented to Debra Jean Galbreath, Trustee, at the offices of DeLoof, Hopper, Dever & Wright, PLLC shown below, within four months after the date of publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
