NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date filed the 26 day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-54837, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NA is the Plaintiff and TOM IM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TOM IM A/K/A PAM IM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SANDRA K. NETEMEYER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JASON SCOTT; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 28 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 37 AND 38, BLOCK 4779, CAPE CORAL UNIT 71, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 88 THROUGH 107 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
