NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 18, 2008 in Civil Case No.:2007-CA-12894, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, us bank national association, not individually but soley as trustee for the holders of bear stearns asset backed securities i trust 2006-1 is the Plaintiff, and, ANA G. ORTIZ; JOHN DOE N/K/A GARY HEARRING; JANE DOE N/K/A MARINA HERRING ; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash ONLINE at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on November 28, 2011 the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
Lot 7 And 8, Block 5141, Unit 80, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 22, pages 140 through 159, inclusive public records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
