NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed October 26, 2011 and entered in Case No.: 09-CA-058660 in the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Wamu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-PR1 Trust is Plaintiff, and wherein Peter D'Agostino, Certified Mold Remediation Services LLC, Villages of Bonita Master Association, Inc., Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., and Bermuda Park Condominium Association, Inc. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 28 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
condominium unit no. 204, building 10, bermuda park, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium, thereof, as recorded in official records books 3609, pages 4068 through 4223, inclusive, as amended, of the public records of lee county, florida, together with all appurtenances thereunto appertaining and specified in said condominium declaration, and as may be amended.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
