Notice is given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 22nd day of November, 2010 in Civil Action No. 10-CA-58414 of the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, in which THOMAS BLALOCK, a/k/a THOMAS S. BLALOCK, and BLALOCK'S HEATING & COOLING, INC. are the Defendants and SUNTRUST BANK is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with §45.031, Florida Statutes, at 9:00 a.m., on the 17 day of November, 2011, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
lot 21 and 22, Block 781, Cape Coral Unit 22, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 14, Page(s) 1 through 16, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, having the street address of 1027 SE 12th Court, Cape Coral, Florida 33990 (the “Mortgaged Real Property”).
TOGETHER WITH all of the assets of Blalock's Heating & Cooling, Inc., whether or not located on the Mortgaged Real Property, including without limitation its accounts, inventory, furniture, fixtures and equipment, goods, deposit accounts, instruments, documents, commercial tort claims, letter of credit rights, investment property, chattel paper and general intangibles (together the “Personal Property Collateral”).
