NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Sale filed October 26, 2011, entered in Case No. 2008-CA-017526 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on November 28, 2011 beginning at 9:00 A.M., at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in LEE County, Florida, to wit:
LOTS 31 AND 32, BLOCK 652, CAPE CORAL UNIT 21, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 149 TO 173, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The clerk shall receive a service charge of up to $70 for services in making, recording, and certifying the sale and title that shall be ASSESSED as costs. the court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
