NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 28 day of October, 2011, in Civil Action No.11-CA-052243, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which, THOMAS D. BARROWS, COLLEEN M. BARROWS and BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, are the Defendants, IBERIABANK, is the Plaintiff, Charlie Green, Clerk of Court, Lee County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 28 day of November, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 7 and 8, Block 5278, Unit 82, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 113 through 126, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
