NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 28 day of October, 2011, in Civil Action No.11-CA-052067, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which, MICHAEL CHRISTOFFERSEN and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL CHRISTOFFERSEN, are the Defendants, IBERIABANK, is the Plaintiff, Charlie Green, Clerk of Court, Lee County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 30 day of November, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Lot(s) 40 and 41, Block 3286, Unit 66, Cape Coral, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 22, Page(s) 2-26 inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
