NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 28 day of October, 2011, in Civil Action No.11-CA-051532, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which, JASON KATARAS and HOLLY KATARAS are the Defendants, IBERIABANK, is the Plaintiff, Charlie Green, Clerk of Court, Lee County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 28 day of November, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
The East half (E 1/2) of the West half (W 1/2) of the Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northwest quarter (NW 1/4) of Section 10, Township 46 South, Range 26 East, Lee County, Florida.
