NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Summary Judgment was awarded on September 17, 2010 in Civil Case No. 10-CA-053511, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein flagstar bank, fsb, is the Plaintiff, and, EDWIN RODRIGUEZ A/K/A EDWIN RODRIGUEZ ROBLES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDWIN RODRIGUEZ A/K/A EDWIN RODRIGUEZ ROBLES; and unknown tenant(S) in possession are Defendants.
The clerk of court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on December 28, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
Lot 30, Lakes San Carlos, According to The Map or Plat Thereof as Recorded in Plat Book 34, Page(s) 69, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
