NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 6, 2010 in Civil Case No. 10-CA-053937, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC5, ASSET-BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and JEREMIAH W. STRUNK; melissa strunk; citifinancial equity services, inc.; window supply inc.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on 28 day of November, 2011 at 9:00 am online at www.lee.realforeclose.com., the following described property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
Lot 7, Block 6, Unit 1, Section 29, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, Lehigh Acres, A Subdivision According to The Plat Thereof, as Recorded in plat Book 15, Page 80, in The Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
