NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed October 28, 2011 and entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-050281 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and ROBERT E. O'BRIEN; LEE COUNTY; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOE HARGIS, TENANT #4 N/K/A MICHELLE BEARD, and TENANT #5 N/K/A MIGUEL LOCUREANO are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 30 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
