NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 28 day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-51455 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein First Bank is the Plaintiff and Florida Gulf Coast Construction, Inc., MCR Builders, Inc., Florida Rock Industries, Inc., Preferred Materials, Inc., Jason Thompason, Rachel Krutsch, Michael F. Bolebruch, and Ronald Newborn are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 28 day of November 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 33 and 34, Block 5632, Unit 85, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 49, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIST PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
