PAUL L. HAMBLETON, an individual, and ROXANA M. HAMBLETON, an individual,

NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 28 day of October 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-50813 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein First Bank is the Plaintiff and Paul L. Hambleton and Roxana M. Hambleton are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 28 day of November 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The South 110 feet of Lot 26, being a part of Section 7, Township 45 South, Range 25 East, Lee County, Florida, being further bounded and described as follows: starting at the Northeast corner of Section 7, Township 45 South, Range 25 East, thence South 0Ëš38'50” East, a distance of 1870.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, thence continue South 0Ëš38'50” East, a distance of 110.00 feet; thence South 89Ëš26'40” West, a distance of 659.88 feet, thence N 0Ëš39'05” West, a distance of 110.00 feet; thence North 89Ëš26'40” East, a distance of 659.87 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Subject to an easement over the West 32.48 feet of this land which is reserved for use of Public Right-of-Way.
Less and Except the Westerly 32.48 feet thereof for Public Right-of-Way
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIST PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
