NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed October 28, 2011, and entered in Case No. 069959 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff, and WILLIAM ZDARKO, SR, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 28 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 43, SPRING WOODS MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISION, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 93-95, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH A 1984 HOMES OF MERIT; SERIAL# CM360-16435A/B AND HUD LABEL# FLA244246 AND FLA 244247. TILE NUMBERS 4651522 AND 4651538.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 day after the sale.
