NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 28, 2011, and entered in 36-2010-CA-058502 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein citimortgage, inc, is a Plaintiff and andrew seijas aka andrew j. seijas aka andrew joseph seijas; jennifer ann seijas aka jennifer a seijas; nealedene h hoch; as trustee of the nealedene h hoch revocable trust dated january 31; 2002.; pnc bank; national association f/k/a national city bank; unknown tenant (s); quarterdeck cove homeowners association; inc. are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 am on November 30, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4 OF QUARTERDECK COVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE (S) 57-59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
