CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 813, BUILDING 8, OF VILLAGE CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CLERKS FILED NUMBER 2005000192444, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2915 WINKLER AVENUE UNIT 813, FORT MYERS, FL 33916; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: on November 28, 2011, Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
