NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 28, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-064123 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank national Trust Company, as Trustee for Financial Asset Securities Corp., Soundview Home Loan Trust 2007-WMC1, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-WMC1, is the Plaintiff and Leonardo Lozano, Maria Lozano, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 30 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
