NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 28, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-060111 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for WFASC 2005-AR2, is the Plaintiff and Douglas R. Kahn, Donna Kahn, Wells Fargo Bank N.A., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 30 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 8, block 4, unit 1, lehigh acres, replat of tract 4, section 11, township 45 south, range 26 east, lehigh acres, according to the plat thereof recorded in plat book 26, page 189, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
