NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 28, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-060002 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Wachovia Mortgage Corporation, is the Plaintiff and Kevin A. White, Melinda L. Gordon, Robert Gordon, Tenant #1 n/k/a Norbert J. Mess, Tenant #2 n/k/a Pamela J. Mess, Jennifer White, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 30 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 11, 12 AND 13, BLOCK 1302, UNIT 18, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 96 THROUGH 120, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
