NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 28, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-069847 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-52CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-52CB, is the Plaintiff and THOMAS R. HIEATZMAN A/K/A THOMAS REED HIEATZMAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR AMERICAS WHOLESALE LENDER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS R. HIEATZMAN A/K/A THOMAS REED HIEATZMAN; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com at , 9:00 am on the 30 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 53 & 54, block 5353, unit 58, cape coral, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 23 at page 137, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
