NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 28 day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-053235, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING L.P. is the Plaintiff and ROBERT VUKOBRATOVICH, UNKNOWN TENANT (S) and TERESA VUKOBRATOVICH IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 am on the 30 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 6 OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS BONITA SPRINGS COUNTRY CLUB, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 81 THROUGH 86, INCLUSIVE.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
