NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed October 28, 2011 and entered in Case No. 08-CA-011628 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT RELATING TO IMPAC SECURED ASSETS CORP., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATE, SERIES 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and ROY THOMAS; JOHN DOE N/K/A JESSICA RUCKER, and JANE DOE N/K/A ANNIE RUCKER are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 30 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
